Not wired up yet. Install the ECFS node on your home laptop (see the install guide),
then set ECFS_NODE_URL in app.js to the laptop's Tailscale Serve HTTPS address
and redeploy the dashboard.
Node offline. The laptop is asleep, ECFS isn't running, or this device can't reach the tailnet. Wake the laptop and make sure Tailscale is connected on both ends.
